How to read this — and what we won't tell you

The Echo is a directional instrument, honestly reported. AI answers are not fixed: ask the same model the same question twice and you can get different answers. So every number here is a rate — each of the 12 test queries was asked 4 times on each surface (216 answers in this sweep), and "named 2/3" means exactly that: named in two of three runs, not a checkmark. Where repeated runs of the same query disagreed, you'll see a ± flag (0 of 58 query–surface pairs varied in this sweep). Watch the trend line, not any single number.

You will find no "monthly prompt volume" numbers here, because that number is unknowable. The AI companies do not publish how many people ask any given question, and no third party can observe it — there is no AI equivalent of search-volume data. Anyone selling you prompt-volume estimates is guessing. What can be measured honestly is what the models say when asked — that's what this report is.

So here's the yes. Below is exactly that — where the models already name and recommend you and where they don't, surface by surface and in their own words. It's a real baseline, not a vanity score: do the work, run the Echo again, and the lift is provable.

The scorecard

Latest sweep — every run counted, per surface, per way a customer might look. No best-result flattering: "Named 2/6" means 2 of 6 answers. Denominators vary between rows, and that is deliberate. A run counts only where the surface actually produced an answer. Google does not return an AI Overview for every query, so on that row a query that produced none contributes nothing rather than counting as a miss — which is why the AI Overviews row can read 0/3 next to 0/12. Treating an absent AI Overview as a failure to name you would overstate the finding, so we don't.

Click any cell to read the answers behind it — every run, unedited, including the ones where you weren't named. Nothing here was chosen to flatter: a rate you can't inspect is a rate you have to take on trust.

The consistency map

Mention rate by surface and query type — how reliably you come up, not just whether you ever did. ± marks cells where repeated runs of the same query disagreed.

Set aside from this table: vertexaisearch.cloud.google.com (436). Those are grounding redirectors, not publishers — a model rewrites every citation through its own link-wrapper, so they accumulate one hit per citation and would otherwise top the list. The real source is whatever the redirect points at, which we cannot read without following it. Counted here so the number is disclosed rather than disappeared.

Full answer

## Pearce Construction — Overland Park Projects **Company Overview** Pearce Construction is an architect-led construction firm specializing in building and renovating owner-occupied spaces, with processes tailored to minimize disruption and deliver superior quality. The firm is led by Darin Heyen, AIA and Ryan Warman, AIA. Founder Don Pearce brought his architecture background to the business at the start, and that influence strengthened with the addition of Darin Heyen, now president, and Ryan Warman, Vice President. The company is based in Kansas City, Missouri (Martin City area), with headquarters at 417 East 135th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64145, phone 816-941-3000 . **Notable Overland Park, KS Projects** 1. **Overland Park Soccer Complex** — Pearce constructed a new, two-story steel-framed field house for the Midwest's leading artificial turf soccer complex, a facility that draws recreational and competitive teams from across the region. The building shell incorporates a composite concrete rainscreen system on the majority of its exterior, a design choice that reduces HVAC operating costs, and tensile shade structures were constructed for visitors and spectators, along with extensive wayfinding signage and logo monuments. 2. **Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead** — Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead is one of the Kansas City area's most visited attractions, welcoming more than 500,000 visitors annually, and Pearce constructed a new public entry building and playgrounds to provide a more welcoming visitor experience. The entry building was constructed using heavy timber post-and-beam principles, with rough-hewn wood flooring and rustic steel framing brackets and fastening systems that complement the farmstead's character. 3. **Village Church Child & Family Development Center** — This new single-story child development center on the Village Church campus was designed from the ground up around the needs of young children, balancing safety, energy performance, and a welcoming environment. Rooftop clerestory windows bring natural daylighting deep into the interior spaces, while a white reflective TPO roof and a rooftop solar array work together to reduce energy consumption and operating costs. 4. **Cavanaugh Eye Center** — an Overland Park, KS medical facility project also included in Pearce's portfolio. **Other Recognition** The firm's broader Overland Park work has been highlighted locally: the Pearce portfolio is noted for sparkling projects such as the Overland Park Soccer Complex, André's Confiserie Suisse, Oceans of Fun, and Deanna Rose Farmstead. If you'd like, I can pull up more details on any specific project (budget, timeline, architect partners, etc.) or find contact/quote information for a potential project in Overland Park.

Claude Pearce Construction reviews named 4/4mixed
“Since "Pearce Construction" isn't a single national company, reviews depend heavily on *which* location/business you mean.”
Full answer

There are several different companies operating under the name "Pearce Construction" across the U.S., and reviews vary significantly depending on location. Here's a breakdown of what I found: ## Pearce Construction – North Reading, MA This company has notably poor ratings. PEARCE CONSTRUCTION is currently rated 1 overall out of 5. Additionally, it does not offer free project estimates or eco-friendly accreditations, and it does not offer a senior discount or emergency services. ## Rob Pearce Construction – Lakeland, FL This company also has very negative reviews. One reviewer described a dispute where a wall was taken down after a $7,000 price was signed off, but then the price was raised to $14,000. The same reviewer noted Rob J Pearce said in front of three other people, "It sucks to be you." There were also concerns raised that the company portrays itself as a two-person operation with Rob J. Pearce and Robbie Pearce, though Robbie Pearce hasn't worked with the company for over two years. Overall, Rob Pearce Construction is currently rated 1 overall out of 5. ## Pearce Construction Group, LLC – Omaha, NE This firm focuses on custom home building. Pearce Construction Group, LLC provides services including Custom Homes, Green Building, Home Additions, Home Remodeling, and New Home Construction in areas like Bellevue, Chalco, Elkhorn, Gretna, La Vista, Millard, Omaha, Papillion, Ralston, and Waterloo. ## Pearce Construction Company – Kansas City, MO Reviews here are more positive, particularly around institutional/church projects. One Yelp reviewer praised the "Great team approach to building buildings," noting they love how the folks serve churches, helping them understand their ministries and collaborate on systems and solutions. ## Pearce Remodeling and Construction – Rockland, MA This company (associated with "Mike Pearce") has strong ratings, holding a 5 star rating with 26 reviews on Birdeye. Reviewers highlighted that Mike is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, demonstrates great attention to detail, is a great communicator, and the quality of his work is excellent. ## Pearce Construction, Inc. – Torrance, CA This company also receives strong praise. One reviewer noted he was professional, related to and oversaw his workers well, his communication was A+, and they could not recommend Pearce Construction more highly. Another review mentioned a drainage project was completed where a new reinforced drainage system was designed and repaired within the specified time frame, and all employees were very professional and left the job site neat and clean. --- **Bottom line:** Since "Pearce Construction" isn't a single national company, reviews depend heavily on *which* location/business you mean. The Kansas City, Omaha, Torrance (CA), and Rockland (MA) branches get largely positive feedback, while the North Reading (MA) and Lakeland (FL) companies have very poor ratings. If you let me know your city/state, I can dig up more specific and detailed reviews for that particular Pearce Construction.

Claude our congregation in Overland Park has outgrown its sanctuary, who can help us expand not mentioned 0/4
Full answer

I can help point you in the right direction. Expanding a church sanctuary typically involves a few types of specialists working together. Let me search for some relevant firms in the Overland Park, KS area. Good news — there are several firms in the Kansas City metro with real, recent experience expanding church sanctuaries, several right in Overland Park. Here's a rundown of who could help, organized by role: ## Architects/Design Firms Specializing in Church Projects **Mantel Teter** – A local firm with a strong track record of sanctuary expansions in the KC metro. They recently completed a project where Abundant Life's new Overland Park campus is a transformation of the former Overland Park Church of Christ property, including exterior updates and 31,000 square feet of interior renovations, refreshing the lobby, café, sanctuary, classrooms, and children's spaces . They've also handled capacity-driven expansions elsewhere — for one nearby church, since the completion of their Children's Education Addition, Fellowship Greenwood experienced incredible growth that put pressure on available Sanctuary seats, and they were contacted to evaluate attendance data and current capacity and make recommendations for facility expansions needed to accommodate continued growth — exactly the kind of assessment you'd need. **BBN Architects** – Also local, with direct Overland Park experience: Queen of the Holy Rosary Catholic Parish in Overland Park, Kansas recently completed the construction of the new Fiat Center addition in response to an increasing need for functional, accessible gathering spaces . **Building God's Way (BGW Services)** – A faith-based design/build firm with deep experience: they've completed projects like Countryside Church's 20,800 SF Worship Facility in Olathe, KS , plus similar worship centers elsewhere in Kansas. ## General Contractors for Church Construction - **Merit General Contractors, Inc.** (Olathe, KS) – their experience with churches includes facilities with sanctuary additions . - **Harmon Construction** (Olathe, KS) – served as general contractor on Southpoint Church of Christ's completed new lobby and gathering space, worship space with 500 seats, and existing building renovations . - **Rothwell Construction** – provides construction services for religious buildings in the KC metro area . - **McCownGordon Construction** – handled a very large-scale example: Church of the Resurrection's sanctuary addition was 155,000 sq ft and became the centerpiece of its 75-acre site , though that's a much bigger project than most congregations need. ## Suggested Next Steps 1. **Start with an architect** (Mantel Teter or BBN Architects, given their local Overland Park experience) for a capacity/needs assessment — square footage, seating, parking, and code requirements. 2. **Get 2–3 contractor bids** once you have concept drawings — Merit, Harmon, and Rothwell all specialize in religious construction in this exact market. 3. If you want a **single design-build partner** who handles both architecture and construction under one roof, BGW Services is built specifically for that. Want me to dig up direct contact info or recent client reviews for any of these firms?

Claude how do we renovate our Overland Park offices without moving staff out not mentioned 0/4
Full answer

Renovating an occupied office space—especially in a market like Overland Park, KS with several class A office options—takes careful phasing and communication. Here's a practical framework: ## 1. Start with a Phased Construction Plan Break the renovation into zones (e.g., by floor, wing, or department) so only one area is under construction at a time while staff continue working in the rest of the space. - **Sequence logically**: Start with lower-impact areas (storage, conference rooms) before tackling high-traffic zones (open workstations, break rooms). - **Swing space**: Designate a temporary "swing" area—an empty floor, unused conference room, or even a rented co-working space nearby—where displaced employees can work while their zone is being renovated. ## 2. Schedule Disruptive Work Off-Hours - Have contractors do noisy, dusty, or fume-heavy work (demo, painting, flooring) evenings, overnights, or weekends. - Use negative air pressure machines and temporary dust barriers/plastic sheeting to contain debris and control air quality during business hours. ## 3. Protect Systems Continuity - **IT/network**: Stage temporary network drops, Wi-Fi extenders, or portable workstations before cutting over permanent infrastructure, so nobody loses connectivity mid-project. - **HVAC/electrical**: Coordinate shutdowns for after-hours or weekends, and notify staff in advance. ## 4. Communicate Constantly - Send weekly (or bi-weekly) updates on which zones are affected and when. - Post signage for noise, dust, or access changes. - Assign a single point of contact (facilities manager or project lead) so employees know who to ask about disruptions. ## 5. Safety and Compliance - Physically separate construction zones from occupied space with temporary walls, barricades, or locked doors—not just tape. - Confirm with your contractor that they're following OSHA guidelines for occupied-building construction (separate entrances/exits for workers, fire egress maintained, etc.). - Verify with Overland Park's building/permitting office on any inspection requirements for phased occupancy—this can affect scheduling. ## 6. Consider a Hybrid/Remote Bridge If certain phases are especially disruptive (major electrical, plumbing, or structural work), you could: - Offer temporary remote work for affected teams during the worst days/weeks. - Rotate staff through a rented flex-space membership (WeWork, Industrious, etc., if available in the KC metro) for a few weeks. ## 7. Lock In a Realistic Timeline with Contingency Occupied renovations typically take longer than empty-building projects (usually 20–30% more time) due to phasing and off-hours restrictions—build that into your budget and staff expectations. --- Would you like me to look into specific contractors, permitting requirements, or swing-space options in the Overland Park/Kansas City area? I can pull current, localized information if that would help.

Claude we need more space at our Johnson County facility but cannot pause operations not mentioned 0/4
Full answer

I can help you think through this. To give you the most useful guidance, it would help to know a bit more, but here are the general strategies companies use to expand capacity without halting operations: ## Options That Don't Require Pausing Operations **1. Phased/Modular Construction** - Build additions in sections while keeping existing operations running in unaffected areas - Use temporary partitions or barriers to isolate construction zones - Schedule disruptive work (utility tie-ins, structural work) during off-hours, weekends, or planned slow periods **2. Off-Site or Satellite Space** - Lease a nearby warehouse, industrial suite, or overflow space temporarily or permanently - Shift non-critical functions (storage, administrative work, secondary production lines) off-site to free up room on your main floor **3. Vertical/Footprint Optimization (before building new)** - Add mezzanines for storage or office space above existing floor operations - Reconfigure layout for better space utilization (many facilities gain 15-20% capacity just from re-layout) - Install high-density shelving/racking **4. Modular or Prefab Buildings** - Prefabricated structures can be installed on-site in weeks rather than months, minimizing disruption - Can serve as temporary swing space during a larger renovation, or become permanent additional square footage **5. Extended Hours / Shift Restructuring** - Sometimes the "space" problem is really a "throughput" problem — running a second or third shift can relieve pressure without adding square footage at all **6. Sale-Leaseback or Expansion Financing** - If capital is the constraint rather than physical space, some companies unlock cash via sale-leaseback of existing real estate to fund an expansion elsewhere ## Questions That Would Help Me Give More Specific Advice - What type of facility is this (manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, office, mixed-use)? - Is the constraint square footage, ceiling height/clearance, dock doors, power capacity, or something else? - Are you leaning toward expanding on your current site, adding a nearby second location, or fully relocating? - What's your rough timeline — are you dealing with an urgent capacity crunch now, or planning 6-12 months out? - Is this driven by growth, a new product line, equipment additions, or something like increased inventory/safety stock needs? If you let me know more specifics, I can narrow this down to a much more actionable plan (e.g., mezzanine specs, modular building vendors, phased construction sequencing, or a rough cost/timeframe comparison across options).

Claude school classroom addition contractor Johnson County KS not mentioned 0/4
Full answer

If you're looking for a contractor to build a school classroom addition in Johnson County, Kansas, here's what I found regarding licensing requirements and relevant companies in the area: ## Licensing Requirement Any contractor doing this kind of work in Johnson County must be licensed through the county. Contractor Licensing is a division of Planning, Housing, and Community Development and is responsible for issuing and tracking 11 types of construction contractor licenses. You can verify a contractor's license status directly through the county's contractor licensing division before hiring anyone. ## Companies That Do This Type of Work **Straub Construction** – Straub Construction is a trusted commercial general contractor in Kansas City, building quality spaces for education, community, healthcare, and more. They have direct experience with school classroom projects, as noted by a client who mentioned experience building over two million square feet of new general instruction classrooms and special purpose military training facilities both here in the US and at overseas installation. **McCownGordon Construction** – This firm has a dedicated K-12 education construction practice in Kansas. They have extensive expertise in building early education centers and elementary schools, and McCownGordon's K-12 team stays ahead of trends like incorporating natural light and flexible classrooms. They also work on secondary schools, staying ahead of trends in middle and high school construction, including flexible learning spaces, sustainable design, learning stairs, and CTE spaces. **Nall Hills Home Services** – This is Johnson County, Kansas' premier general contractor, specializing in custom solutions — though this appears more geared toward residential/custom projects rather than institutional school work, so it's worth confirming they handle commercial/educational additions specifically. ## Directories for Comparison Shopping - **Diamond Certified** has a curated list of top-rated remodeling and addition contractors serving Johnson County, KS. - **BuildZoom** allows you to look up license verification and project history for contractors registered with Johnson County, including categories specifically for additions (vertical, horizontal, etc.) and commercial new construction/renovation types like office, retail, and other institutional buildings. ## Recommendation For a school classroom addition specifically (as opposed to a home remodel), you'll want a **commercial general contractor with K-12/educational institutional experience** — Straub Construction and McCownGordon are the two firms in the search results with clear track records in this niche. I'd suggest: 1. Checking their license status via the Johnson County Contractor Licensing Division (111 S. Cherry, Suite 1000, Olathe, KS 66061) 2. Requesting references from past school district clients 3. Confirming bonding/insurance requirements for public school construction projects, which often have specific procurement rules (e.g., competitive bidding for public entities) Would you like me to look into whether either of these companies has specifically completed classroom addition projects for public school districts in Johnson County?

If you can share those details, I can search for well-reviewed, design-build-friendly general contractors in that specific area and project category (residential custom, high-end remodel, commercial build-out, etc.) rather than giving you a generic list that may not fit your needs.

Gemini how do we renovate our Overland Park offices without moving staff out not mentioned 0/4
Full answer

Renovating your Overland Park offices without relocating staff is achievable through strategic planning, phased execution, and effective communication. Several local commercial renovation contractors specialize in managing projects within occupied buildings, aiming to minimize disruption to your daily operations. Here are key strategies and considerations for a successful renovation: **1. Phased Renovation and Work Zone Separation:** The most common and effective approach is to divide the renovation into distinct phases. This allows you to keep most of your office functional while one section is under construction. Contractors like Alliance Home Improvement, LLC in Overland Park emphasize phased scheduling to separate active work zones from occupied areas. This ensures that staff can continue working in untouched portions of the office, maintaining workflow and focus. **2. Strategic Scheduling of Disruptive Work:** To minimize noise and other disturbances, schedule the most intrusive tasks, such as demolition or heavy construction, during off-peak hours, evenings, or weekends when the office is closed or less busy. **3. Meticulous Planning and Communication:** * **Detailed Blueprint:** Collaborate with experienced design professionals, architects, and contractors to create a comprehensive renovation plan. This plan should include a clear timeline, define milestones, and incorporate contingency plans for potential delays. * **Open Communication:** Maintain transparent and regular communication with your employees, customers, and other stakeholders. Keep them informed about the renovation schedule, expected disruptions, and any temporary changes to operations. This helps manage expectations, reduce confusion, and maintain morale. Involve your team in the planning process to make them feel like participants rather than spectators. * **Safety Measures:** Implement robust safety protocols, including clearly marked pathways, physical barriers, and designated construction zones, to ensure the well-being of your staff and the construction crew. **4. Temporary Office Solutions and Flexible Work Arrangements:** While the goal is to keep staff on-site, having contingency plans for temporary workspaces can be crucial: * **On-site Temporary Spaces:** Utilize temporary walls or dividers to create functional workspaces within the office that are separated from the construction areas. * **Off-site "Swing Space":** For more extensive or disruptive phases, consider renting temporary office space. Companies like LiquidSpace offer flexible "swing space" solutions in Overland Park that can be booked by the day, month, or longer. * **Mobile Offices and Modular Buildings:** Providers in the Kansas City metro area, including Overland Park, offer mobile office trailers, ground-level offices, and modular buildings that can serve as temporary workspaces, lunch areas, or conference rooms. * **Remote Work:** Encourage or allow employees to work remotely, especially during particularly noisy or disruptive periods. This can be an economical way to minimize distractions. * **Hot-Desking:** Implement a hot-desking policy, where employees use available desks as needed, which can maximize space and efficiency, especially when combined with remote work rotations. **5. Minimizing Environmental Impact:** Be aware that construction can generate dust and impact air quality. Work with your contractor to implement measures that mitigate these issues, such as using proper ventilation and dust control methods. By carefully planning and implementing these strategies, you can successfully renovate your Overland Park offices while ensuring your staff remains productive and minimally impacted.

Gemini we need more space at our Johnson County facility but cannot pause operations not mentioned 0/4
Full answer

To expand your Johnson County facility without pausing operations, careful planning and strategic execution are essential. Several approaches and best practices can help minimize disruption: **1. Phased Construction:** * Break the expansion project into distinct phases. This allows you to complete work in one area while other parts of the facility remain operational. * Prioritize stages of construction that impact your most critical work areas first to minimize their overall impact. * Schedule high-impact tasks like demolition, utility tie-ins, or major structural work during off-hours, weekends, or planned shutdown windows to further reduce disruption. **2. Create and Maintain Separate Construction Zones:** * Clearly separate work zones from occupied areas using temporary walls, dust barriers, and controlled access points. * Modular temporary wall systems can be particularly effective as they install quickly, create a tight seal against dust, and can have a professional appearance, minimizing visual disruption. * Ensure clear, debris-free pathways and coordinate fire exits and emergency access at all times. **3. Control Noise, Dust, and Visual Disruption:** * Implement dust suppression methods and maintain good air quality through proper ventilation. * Use low-noise equipment and perform louder tasks during off-hours when possible. * Utilize visual barriers and temporary finishes to reduce the sense of ongoing construction. **4. Comprehensive Pre-Construction Planning:** * Conduct detailed pre-construction planning to identify risks and set realistic expectations. * Understand daily operations, peak hours, quiet zones, and mission-critical functions to tailor the build-out around them. * Evaluate existing building systems such as electrical load, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection before designing any changes. * Collaborate with your contractor to create a comprehensive scope of work, including detailed timelines, material specifications, and contingency plans. **5. Effective Communication:** * Maintain clear and consistent communication with employees, providing advance notice of disruptive work and sharing weekly schedules and updates. * Designate a single point of contact for questions or concerns. * Post signage to guide occupants safely around work areas. **6. Consider Modular Construction:** * Modular buildings can offer a fast and efficient way to expand, providing solutions for offices, storage, or specialized spaces. * These can be permanent or temporary structures and can be customized to your specific needs. Several companies in the Kansas City area (which includes Johnson County, Kansas) specialize in modular building solutions. **7. Safety Measures:** * Prioritize safety by implementing robust safety protocols, including clearly marked pathways, physical barriers, and designated construction zones. * Regularly inspect the site to ensure safety compliance and address potential hazards. Perplexity how do we renovate our Overland Park offices without moving staff out not mentioned 0/4
Full answer

You can renovate an **Overland Park office without moving staff out** by using a *phased, in-place construction plan* with swing space, temporary partitions, off-hours work, and close coordination between the contractor, designer, and building operations team.[4][11] The practical approach is: - Start with a **site assessment** to map space, identify operational constraints, and confirm what can be built while the office stays occupied.[4][9] - Create a **phasing strategy** from the beginning of design so the work is split into mini-projects rather than one full shutdown.[11] - Set up **swing space** or temporarily vacant areas to house employees while each zone is renovated; if expansion is possible, build the new area first so it can absorb staff during later phases.[11] - Use **temporary partitions** for visual and acoustic separation, plus designated access paths for people, materials, and equipment.[11] - Schedule noisy or disruptive work during **off-hours** and protect inventory, equipment, and occupied areas throughout construction.[4] - Keep a **full-time field superintendent or project manager** on-site for multi-floor or multi-phase work to coordinate trades and reduce disruption.[11] - Handle **permitting, ADA, fire suppression, HVAC, electrical, and other code-related items** as part of the preconstruction plan so the work proceeds smoothly in stages.[4][9] For offices in the KC metro, contractors that advertise tenant improvement and office renovation work in Overland Park emphasize exactly this kind of phased, minimally disruptive process.[9][10][17] If you want, I can turn this into a **step-by-step renovation plan** for your office, including a sample phasing schedule for a 5,000–20,000 sq ft space.

Perplexity we need more space at our Johnson County facility but cannot pause operations not mentioned 0/4
Full answer

If you need **more space at a Johnson County facility without stopping operations**, the clearest pattern in the county’s recent projects is to use a **phased addition or replacement building** that can be built alongside the existing facility rather than shutting it down. Johnson County has done this with the jail, where the expansion was planned as a new wing connected to the existing building and construction was expected to proceed while the jail remained in use.[5][15] What that usually means in practice: - **Build an adjacent addition** first, then move functions over in phases. - **Keep critical services operating** in the current building until the new space is ready. - **Use temporary reconfiguration** of intake, offices, or support areas during construction. - **Plan for utility and circulation tie-ins** so the facility can keep functioning during the work.[5][15] For Johnson County specifically, examples show county projects have been pursued as: - a **new connected wing** added to an existing jail, with intake and medical areas redesigned during the expansion[5][15] - a **new stand-alone building** on county-owned land for court services, instead of trying to cram everything into the current footprint[2] - a **full replacement or major remodel** when expansion was not considered viable for the existing site[3][12] If you want, I can help you turn this into a **space-expansion strategy** for your facility—such as **expansion-in-place, phased swing-space planning, modular temporary space, or a full replacement build**—based on your site constraints and operating requirements.
